The Design Process

Discuss

Choose a service that fits your needs, like logo design or branding. Schedule a call or share your project details so we can discuss your goals in depth, review the service and workflow, and answer any questions you may have.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required before design work begins. The remaining balance must be settled within 3 days after approval of the final design. Payments can be made by card or through other convenient methods such as PayPal, EcoCash, or InnBucks.

Design

After the discussion and payment, I begin creating a unique and tailored concept for your project. My design process includes research and competitor analysis, building a moodboard, and designing the final product.

Go Live

After approval, I deliver the final design files in the required format so your project is ready for use, posting, printing, or promotion. This is the final handover stage where your design goes live.

Revisions

Once the design is created, I will send it to you for your feedback. You may request changes or additions as needed. Each service includes a set number of revisions. Revisions are completed within 48 hours or less after receiving your feedback.

Final

After finalizing the design and receiving the balance payment, I prepare and deliver the files to you within 24 hours. File formats available include JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI, and EPS.
